"More than 5 stars!!! There was an accident while our employee is heading to the vendor . The problem was English is the second language of our employee and there was a hardship on reporting this accident to the police and the Statefarm. Jinah from this office helped our employee as our spokesperson and all team members of this office tried to locate the service shop by calling numerus local service centers. Finally, our service truck is shipped and got repaired. I strongly recommend this company !! "I wish I could give this place more than a 5 star rating. Someone vandalized my vehicle the day before New years eve (12/30/22). So, I decided to stop by their office. I went in without an appointment, but Chelsea Hwangbo helped us with the insurance claim process with very detailed information. She has been keeping me updated by providing multiple options I can choose from. I am so thankful for this because I found that the body shops are so busy right now that they aren’t taking any estimates until March. Overall she was very helpful and professional.
