"More than 5 stars!!! There was an accident while our employee is heading to the vendor . The problem was English is the second language of our employee and there was a hardship on reporting this accident to the police and the Statefarm. Jinah from this office helped our employee as our spokesperson and all team members of this office tried to locate the service shop by calling numerus local service centers. Finally, our service truck is shipped and got repaired. I strongly recommend this company !! During my conversation with Gina in reference to my claim she apprised me that lowering my deductible will help me in the foreseeable future.
