With a combined ~13 years of industry experience, our team brings strong expertise across personal and commercial lines, helping customers make confident, informed decisions about their coverage. Our office is staffed by three licensed professionals who are committed to responsive service, clear communication, and ongoing policy support. From initial quoting to claims support, we prioritize efficiency, transparency, and advocacy on your behalf. Services are available in English and Korean to better assist our diverse community.

I'm a graduate of the University of Washington and a firm believer that insurance is ultimately about protecting what matters most - family. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially outdoors. We love hiking, camping and our favorite place to visit is the Gold Creek Pond to relax and recharge.
